Nicole Eckhart, MSW, LMSW

Nicole obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University in 2020 before pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa in 2024. 

Nicole has experience working with individuals throughout the lifespan, as she completed her practicum experiences in settings with children, adolescents, and adults. Since 2021, Nicole has volunteered with a mental health and substance use recovery group for adolescents. Nicole has also worked as an advocate for young adults experiencing homelessness. 

Nicole sees children (3+), adolescents, and adults. Nicole also has a passion for working with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Nicole utilizes a strengths-based approach and believes that every person has the capacity to overcome their obstacles. Nicole believes that every individual has a unique set of skills and challenges, so she pulls from a variety of evidence-based approaches to best suit each individual's needs.
