Elena Cochrane, LISW

Elena is a Licensed Master Social Worker and earned her degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. Elena works primarily with adults, providing individual, couples and family therapy services with the ultimate goal of supporting clients as they work towards believing in their ability to create positive growth and change in their lives and relationships. Elena has been working in the social work field since 2016 and has experience working within the medical social work setting along with experience working with veterans managing substance abuse, chronic PTSD, and mental health needs. Elena has a passion for working with individuals and couples in the LGBTQ+ community, supporting clients managing grief and loss, substance abuse and trauma. She has training in many different modalities including DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, MI/MET, and Solution Focused Therapy and pulls from a variety of approaches when working with clients to tailor the therapeutic experience to their specific needs.
